Roles of the Council


Roles of the Council:

  • Supervises the activities of the National Insurance Institute and its management.
  • Advises the Minister on legislative matters.
  • Discusses the National Insurance budget proposal and forwarded it to the Minister of Labor and the Minister of Finance for approval, along with its comments and recommendations.  
  • Appoints committees for designated National Insurance issues.
  • Fulfills any other role imposed on it by the National Insurance Law.
